Shipping:

For orders shipped to destinations within the continental United States, we ship via UPS Ground. Delivery takes 3 to 5 business days from the time it is shipped from CheaperLights.com.

Please check your order immediately upon receipt and let us know right away if you have received a damaged or incomplete product.

Canceling an Order:

Customer satisfaction is important to all of us at CheaperLights.com, and we ship your merchandise as quickly as possible - often the same day you order it. In the event you decide to cancel your order, please call 1-800-230-3193 as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped we can cancel it for you and refund the entire amount you paid including shipping and taxes. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Out-of-stock Items:

If we are out of stock on an item you ordered, we will notify you via email. Any changes will be reflected on your order total, as well as your shipping confirmation.

Return Policy:

All Sales Should be Considered Final. Returns will only be accepted if you received a damaged or incomplete product. In this case the product, in its original packaging, can be returned for a full refund of the purchase price.

In cases of return, please email us at cheaperlights@tripled.com or call us at 1-800-230-3193 within 10 days of your order arriving. Tell us your name, order number (invoice number on your invoice), the title of the product, and the specific problem you have encountered prior to returning the product. Products returned later than 10 days after delivery or without contacting CheaperLights.com in advance will not be accepted and a credit will not be issued.

Incorrect Items:

If we have sent you an incorrect product by mistake, we will replace it with the correct product at no cost to you. Email us at cheaperlights@tripled.com or call us at 1-800-230-3193 for a replacement shipment immediately after you receive the product. We will instruct you at that time as to how the incorrect item should be returned. In this case, the return shipping will be at no cost to you.
